Concept

What is gratitude? How do we incorporate into our everyday life?

On Day 2, we think about the things in our lives for which we are grateful for and talk about ways to focus on those. We practice how to incorporate gratitude in our lives through activities and take-home crafts!

  • Activity: ‘What are you grateful for’

  • Break

  • Craft: The gratitude jar

  • Group Activity: Share with the group

  • Yoga time!
