BE YOU is a summer program crafted for kids aged 6-11, aiming to provide them with the essential tools and resources to develop emotional intelligence.

Our curriculum takes participants through a 5-day program, each with a distinct objective: fostering self-discovery and have fun! Additionally, we practice yoga and meditation as tools to achieve our mission.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that children can effectively navigate their emotions. Our approach emphasizes the normalcy of all emotional experiences, fostering a supportive environment while having fun in the process.
